We make our PHOTO COOKIES in our own factory (Chiba, Japan), which
meets the stringent safety and hygiene requirements of our customers.
①Making cookie dough
Mix ingredients to make cookie dough.
②Dough aging
Cookie dough is kept overnight in a refrigerator.
③Die-cutting
Cookie dough is rolled and cut with a die.
④Baking
Die-cut cookies are placed on an iron plate, which moves slowly through an oven.
Baking time and temperature is computer-controlled.
⑤Printing
Digital data is printed with edible ink.
⑥Packing
Cookies are packed one by one with a pillow packaging machine.
⑦Inspection
Cookies are passed one by one through a metal detector.
